So what now? I am going to share with you more about my life style changes. All the new foods and ingredients. Recipes that I find, make or that are given to me that I really like. I might even share a few first attempts at cooking and baking. I am going to start bringing my kids and husband on board too. So learning how to make meals that they will like and not to scary for the younger ones. I am doing this all in the effort of loving myself more and the kids more. These last 3 or so week I have become a new mom. I get up make them breakfast and help them get ready for school. This is a big deal for me! I haven't been able to do this regularly since about the middle of my pregnancy with my 5 child who is 4 and a 1/2.
Find inspiration anywhere.
I love this pillow above. It reminded me of a friend who use to say it all the time, but also it was timely need. If people loved themselves more we would have a lot less of the issues that we do in the world today. Just think about that for a second. How would your life change if you were willing to love yourself more? If you were willing to love yourself to a 10?
Start with simple recipes and then work your way up. Don't feel like you need to get all the fancy stuff that goes in some of these thing right away. And ask for help! It is okay to ask for help. No one can be fearless alone and no one can eat healthy and like this alone.
Mix 6 cage free eggs together with salt and pepper
Prepare you muffin pan. You can either grease it up some way or use and paper cups
Cut up your fixings. You can add whatever you want. I did spinach, mushrooms, and almond cheese, I have also added chicken and prosciutto
Fill the cups up about half way. The egg will expand as it cooks.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
